Terms of Service

By using REVERT (the Service), you agree to these Terms. We kept them short and human-readable. Procurement teams should review clauses 6 (Liability), 7 (Indemnity), and 8 (Data ownership) for fast pass.

1. Who you contract with

Atlas Trading Agency LLC (operating as REVERT), registered in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, registration number 321952-3301-OOO. Email ssolovev@revert.pro.

2. The Service

REVERT scores Ethereum mainnet smart-contract bytecode for attack-surface / complexity exposure — a bytecode-only Tier-1 pre-filter that approximates Slither's contract-level signal to triage review queues. It is complementary to Slither, never a replacement; it predicts resemblance to Slither-flagged patterns, it does not detect, localise, or confirm vulnerabilities. On a held-out corpus of 11,670 Slither-labelled, source-verified contracts, the served classifier (RandomForest / XGBoost, statistically indistinguishable) reports an any-flag F1 of approximately 0.92–0.95 (95% CI [0.918, 0.948]) — this measures agreement with Slither on a verified corpus, not accuracy in the live, unverified domain, where distribution shift applies (method submitted to ICICPE 2026, a computer-science / education venue; preprint + open data). Output is an attack-surface / complexity score (0.0-1.0 — a triage-priority signal, not the probability of an exploitable bug), a review-priority bucket, and a per-contract contributing-feature list (SHAP). High = review priority; low does not mean safe; triage, not audit. Scores are not legal advice, not audit reports, and not exploit confirmations.

3. Tiers and pricing

• Free — 100 scans/month, self-serve key, community support
• Pro ($79/month) — 5 000 scans/month, webhooks, priority queue
• Team ($399/month) — 50 000 scans/month, 5 seats, private support channel
• Enterprise (custom) — unlimited, SLA, on-prem option, dedicated support

During early access, free-tier keys are self-serve now; paid tiers are unlocked manually — generate a free-tier key and email ssolovev@revert.pro to lift the cap. USDC checkout is live at revert.pro/pay. Once live, paid subscriptions will bill monthly, cancel anytime effective end of the current billing period, no partial-month refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You may:

• Scan any public on-chain contract
• Use scores in your own audit reports, blog posts, research
• Embed REVERT API calls in your CI/CD pipeline

You may not:

• Resell scores as a stand-alone product
• Train competing models on our outputs without written agreement
• Attempt to deanonymize our model, reverse-engineer the classifier, or scrape feature weights at scale
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability on a best-effort basis. The Service currently runs on a single hosted instance, so we make no specific uptime guarantee during early access — there is no contractual SLA. Once self-serve billing and redundant infrastructure ship, paid tiers will receive a defined service-credit policy and a published uptime target. See /status for live uptime. The Free tier ships with no SLA.

6. Limitation of liability

Our model is a risk-surface triage tool (triage, not audit). A low score does not mean safe; a high score is review priority, not a confirmed vulnerability or proof of exploitability. Always pair scoring with human review and/or a source-required static stack (Slither/Mythril).

7. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service (e.g., scanning contracts you do not own and then publicly claiming vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure). We indemnify you against any third-party claim that our model itself infringes their IP — capped at the same limit as clause 6.

8. Data ownership

• You own: anything you submit to us (addresses, source code if any)
• We own: the model, the website, the brand, the API design, all training data we curate, and aggregated/anonymized analytics
• You license to us: the right to log your scans for service operation and (if you are on free tier) model improvement
• Authenticated paid scans are private per our Privacy Policy
• We never use paid-tier customer data for our bounty research — strict three-lane data separation, enforced in code

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You: cancel subscription in account settings; data deletion within 30 days. We: 30-day written notice for non-breach termination; immediate for terms violation, abuse, or illegal use.

10. Governing law

Terms governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Bishkek under International Arbitration Court rules, or — at your option as the customer — in the courts of your home jurisdiction.

11. Changes

Material changes announced 30 days in advance via email (for paid customers) and homepage banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
